Just a few things to get to know me a little bit..
I live in Whistler, BC and work in a chocolate shop.
I spend most of my time daydreaming of different dessert ideas, love to travel or be outdoors, and currently learning to snowboard. As well, if you are not aware yet, I love everything earl grey. Big tea fan.
Over time I have learned that baking does not have to be frustrating or intimidating as some people may think it is. Actually quite the opposite, it is a lot of fun and anyone can do it. I love to bake as I am constantly learning new things and find it very fulfilling.
I had created this blog as a little project during the COVID-19 quarantine times as a way to learn something new and to share my baking adventures. Launching a blog is not an easy task, I am continuously learning and I am sure there will constantly be changes so just bare with me or learn along the way with me. I will be posting step by step recipes for you to try at home with ingredients that are not difficult to find in your grocery store.
